First, let us assure you that we will never release the contents of our records outside of TMC unless required to do so by law. We may distribute material under contract to one of our advertisers when we feel that this material may be of genuine interest to you - but we will do that distribution ourselves. This includes material sent by mail and also by e-mail.
Secondly, you will be provided with the ability to update your record whenever you wish. This will include the ability to opt into or out of non-TMC information distribution - and even, if you wish, to stop receiving the e-mail version of TMC`s ADVISOR magazine.
Thirdly, this record is for you personally (although you may choose to tell us of your relationship to a company). Your company record is distinct from this one. If you move to another job, please feel free to update (or delete) the company name on your record.
We will be launching the ability for users to directly update their own records early in 2010. Until then, please send any changes to us by e-mail.
As a minimum, we need the name detail and at least one e-mail address.
