Philosophy
Our approach to meeting our client requirements is based on three important concepts:
- We keep the client in control. We identify options, issues and risks at each step of the way so that our client will be able to benefit from knowledge transfer during the project.
- We take advantage of existing assets where appropriate.
- We generate enthusiasm among our client’s staff towards the planned new capabilities. One of the most important requirements in any major project is to get staff support.
We spend sufficient time in the early stages of design when many scenarios can be modelled, tested and amended or rejected as necessary. What emerges is a very sound design, which can be smoothly and economically integrated into business operations.
